We Made It Music Ltd is a registered MCPS/PRS Production Music Library. All music on this Site and on our official page at www.disco.ac is protected by copyright and owned or controlled by We Made It Music Ltd and/or its affiliated composers and publishers.

By accessing or using this Site or any associated platform (including our page, albums, and playlists hosted on www.disco.ac), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or download any material.

All music provided on this Site, or via our official We Made It Music page on www.disco.ac, including albums, playlists, and track previews, is available for audition and evaluation purposes only.

Downloading, copying, synchronising, or using our music in any kind of production—including but not limited to television, film, advertising, radio, corporate, podcast, online video, or theatrical use—requires a valid licence.

Licences may be obtained either directly from We Made It Music Ltd or through the Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) under their Production Music Scheme.

Downloading or accessing a track from www.disco.ac or any linked platform does not grant any licence or right of use. Any unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

4. Licensing Information

Licences for We Made It Music Ltd recordings can be granted:

  • Directly by We Made It Music Ltd, for bespoke, international, or pre-cleared uses; or

  • Via the Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) under the Production Music Scheme for standard UK production usages.

Licensing is based on the MCPS Production Music Rate Card, which covers broadcast, advertising, film, podcasts, games, and corporate use. Users are responsible for obtaining the correct licence. All public performances and broadcasts must also be reported to PRS for Music.

5. Downloads and Restrictions

You may download or stream tracks solely for internal review or client audition purposes, whether from this Site or our www.disco.ac page. You may not use any music in a production without a valid licence (direct or via MCPS), upload or distribute our tracks elsewhere, alter metadata, or claim ownership.

All restrictions apply equally to files accessed through our www.disco.ac albums, playlists, or download links.

All recordings, compositions, artwork, text, logos, metadata, and website content are the intellectual property of We Made It Music Ltd and/or its composers and publishers. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any material except as expressly permitted by an appropriate Licence.
